Reading the Promotion tab: direct vs team subordinates

Your people split into two columns. Direct subordinates are the accounts that used your Shree Win invitation code. Team subordinates covers everyone below them, levels 2 through 6 included.

Four figures sit under each column: number of registers, deposit number, deposit amount, and first-deposit count. The gap between registers and deposit number is the most useful signal on the page. Plenty of registrations with very few depositors means your pitch is landing and your follow-up is not.

First-deposit count is how many people funded an account for the first time in that period. Deposit amount is the money size. Neither one is your commission. Commission follows betting, so a big deposit number with a thin payout usually means wallets got loaded and barely used.

Subordinate data opens up individual accounts. Commission detail is the line-by-line record of what you were paid and from which layer. If a payout looks wrong, screenshot that screen before you contact anyone.

Partner rewards lists whatever promoter incentives the platform is running at the time. Agent line customer service is the separate support channel for promoters, and commission queries belong there rather than in general support chat.
